HAL extends C B Ananthakrishnan tenure as CMD for three months

Bengaluru: State-owned aerospace and defence company, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), has announced that Ananthakrishnan, Director (Finance) tenure as chairman and managing director has been extended for a period of three months.

The company said that his tenure extended for theee months from 1st August, 2023.

It said, “Ministry of Defence appoints Shri C B Ananthakrishnan, Director (Finance) of HAL as the Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge) of the company for a period of three months from 1st August, 2023 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent.”
