Rajnath to address second IAF commanders’ conference in Delhi

Deliberations on national security challenges and ways to enhance India’s overall air power will be discussed at the conference.

New Delhi: Defence minister Rajnath Singh is set to address the second Indian Air Force Commanders’ Conference of 2023 in the national capital today on Oct 26, the Ministry of Defence said in a statement.

Deliberations on national security challenges and ways to enhance India’s overall air power will be discussed at the conference, the Ministry added.

Rajnath Singh on Tuesday culminated his two-day visit to Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

The two day commanders conference is being held at IAF HQs in New Delhi.

Top commanders of the Indian Air Force will hold extensive deliberations on national security challenges and ways to enhance India’s overall air power at the two-day conference.

The commanders are expected to also carry out a comprehensive review of the security situation along the border with China and Pakistan during the deliberations, sources said.
