Vice Army Chief visits forward areas of Kargil 

Sri Nagar:  Vice Chief of Army Staff (VCOAS) Lt Gen MV Suchindra Kumar today visited the forward areas of Kargil. He took stock of the operational preparedness. 

During his visit, Lt Gen Kumar also interacted with the troops and applauded them for their high morale and professionalism. 

Indian Army in an official statement said, "Lt Gen MV Suchindra Kumar #VCOAS visited the forward areas of #Kargil & #Fukche. #VCOAS interacted with the troops & applauded them for their high morale & professionalism. #VCOAS also laid a wreath at #Kargil & #RezangLa  War Memorial and paid homage to the #Bravehearts. 

Later, he also laid wreath at Kargil and Rezang La War Memorial and paid homage to the bravehearts.
